- 3+ years of experience in Business Development
- Understanding of sales cycle in Education Industry

- Good Speaker. Should be able to deliver seminars/workshops.
- Good command over English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationship with all stakeholders using influencing techniques
- Possess a fair degree of business and financial acumen
- Team Management skills
- Ability to think creatively to find solutions to problems
- Excellent reporting skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good knowledge of Geography and transportation mediums in order to prepare travel plan, for self and team members.
Graduate / Post Graduate from any discipline
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Create marketing plan for the given area of operation, to generate student walk in and admission in to the institute(s) operating in the given area.
- Execute all the agreed marketing activities individually and also through team members, as and when planned.
- Secure collaboration from employees of the Institute and use it towards successful designing and execution of the marketing activities.
- Train the Institute employees on the role they need to play during the marketing activities being planned and executed, and thereafter – especially marketing and counseling.
- Maintain detailed record of each activity planned and executed, to share results and learning with the management on periodic basis.
- Train the marketing team, as & when, given for conducting marketing activities. Set goals for each team member and track performance for results. Initiate corrective actions wherever and whenever needed.
- Submit timely reports to management on the competition activities in specified formats.
- Execute &/or facilitate execution of all activities mandated by management necessary for the growth of the business in the given area of operation.
- Achieve admission targets given by the management in the given area of operation, in specified time frame.
- Make Business Associates in given area of operation, for recurring business.
- Deliver effective Seminars/Workshops in Schools/Colleges/other areas as per the marketing and business development plan.
- Data calling, as & when required, to ensure good number of walk-ins to achieve targets.
Maintain healthy relationship with up line and down line in the department, and with Franchise team.
