Job Description

• Prepare and help students in their job search and development.
• Coach and counsel clients in all aspects of career transition by developing and implementing job search focus, vocational exploration, targeted resume development, and interview assessment/ preparation.
• Maximize employment outcomes for clients through placement intake and assessment, review of job market realities, and computer based training.
• Develop job leads through cold calling employers, networking and online sources.
• Schedule Job fairs.
• Establishing relationships with potential employers and ensuring long term retention efforts
