National Skill Development Council NSDC acts as a catalyst in skill development by providing funding to the enterprises, companies, and organizations that provide skill training. It helps them by providing funds to build scalable, for-profit vocational training initiatives. However, it is mandatory for such organization to maintain the quality standards. NSDC enables the supports system to maintain the quality, upgraded information and train the trainers or academies either directly or through partnership basis.
What is NSDC?
NSDC is a unique concept of the collaboration between public and private sectors to work together for enhancing and promoting the skill development. It is approved by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship.
The main approach NSDC follows to develop partnerships between multiple stakeholders and build on current efforts to achieve the objective of getting skilled.
NSDC Schemes
NSDC launches various skill development programs time to time for motivating the youth to voluntarily join the Skill Development. The core mission is to emphasize on skills training and create the employability from the same. In addition, it offers the numerous schemes to encourage skill development by providing monetary rewards for successful completion of approved training programs.

Furthermore, NSDC also provides the monetary rewards for successful completion of approved training. Specifically, you can avail numerous benefits of these schemes:

The candidates undergoing skill training from an authorized institution will eligible to get the reward of
₹ 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) per candidate, which is an average monetary reward amount.
These schemes have benefited the 10 lakhs youth at an approximate total cost of 1,000 Crores.
NSDC also provides the funding facility in terms of the loan, equity, and grants to those candidates that are economically less. Along with it, it helps to improve financial viability through tax breaks by providing financial incentives to select private sector initiatives.
In short, NSDC provides the golden opportunities to several thousand candidates every year to recognize their skills, go with the skills, get training for perfection, and earn from the skills along with financial supports.
