Orane beauty institute is happy to announce that we have signed MOU with Tata Strive in Mumbai for providing soft skills training to our students on 25th Oct. 2017. This MOU was signed by Anita Ranjan, Chief Operating Officer at Tata Community Initiative Trust and Tata Strive and Mr. Dinesh Sood, Cofounder and CEO and Orane International.
Mr. Dinesh Sood has also expressed his happiness among all for this Joint venture. Now, Orane international will provide the soft skill training in all of their institutes across India through Tata Strive unique education module, named, Tata Strive Youth Development. It will help the youth to face the challenges for newer job opportunities. Also, Tata Strive will work as a Knowledge Partner, news confirmed by Anita Ranjan, COO at Tata Strive.
What is Tata Strive Youth Development?
Tata Strive Youth Development is a unique program that will help the youth to crack the challenges, that face while interviewing for the jobs. It will help the Orane students to get more job opportunities because of improved confidence and giving a new standard to the education. As it will be the part of curriculum, so all Orane students can avail the benefits of this training program.
We always emphasize on Skill Education as skilled workers can give a big contribution to the economic growth of a country. A developed country always has a big count of skilled workers. According to a research, the developed countries like South Korea has 96% skilled workers, Japan has 80% skilled workers, Germany has 75% and the Britain has 68% skilled workers. On the other side, India has a very less percentage of skilled workers i.e. 3% only.
